Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@jobrowne.com within 14 days of receiving your goods.
We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method as your original transaction. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
Quality & Returns All Jo Browne products go through a quality control process before leaving our facility. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@jobrowne.com within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
How to Return Email info@jobrowne.com to arrange your return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
