Where are Jo Browne products made?
All our skincare is handmade in small batches in Hacketstown, Co. Carlow, Ireland.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, our skincare is vegan-friendly and never tested on animals. Our Cleansing Balm is not vegan as it is made with organic beeswax.

Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products use pure essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance. If you have very sensitive skin, patch-test first.

What type of bamboo is your bedding?
100% bamboo with a 400 thread count, OEKO-TEX and FSC Certification
OEKO-TEX certification means our bedding has been tested for harmful substances, giving you added confidence.

FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification ensures that the bamboo used in your bedding is sourced from responsibly managed forests.

How do you wash Bamboo Bedding?
Wash at 40 degrees with no fabric softener and let them dry naturally.

Do you ship to the UK and US?
Yes, delivery to the UK costs €15 and takes 3 days. Delivery to the US costs €55, includes customs charges and takes 5 days.
